Our Corporate dining is sure to set you apart from the competition. The style depends on the aim of what you trying to achieve If you want people to roam around, be social and talk to everyone, we recommend the stand-up style for more than 20 attended events.
A sit-down style gives an even more elevated feel of being taken care of without needing to lift a finger. We are happy to match the schedule around any presentation that is planned.
You can choose as little as 1 course and as many as 5 courses, it depends on how much time you have and how elegant you like to have the dining experience. A 3 course corporate dining experience may suit your needs best. And the 5 course fine dining experience is the most popular, especially for seasoned diners if the time is available.
No, this is always included since most offices or function spaces wouldn’t have as much crockery and cutlery for multiple courses and this will take the dining experience to the next level if we take care of it for you.
We recommend the menu to have the best fit by experience but the menu gives you choices since you know your guests better than we do. Also all dietary requirements will be catered for separately.
A 3 course is about 2.5 hours, the 5 course is about 3 hours… The speed we go through the menu depends on the speed of eating since that can vary and we do not rush and be mindful of any potential presentations.
If you do not have a domestic kitchen setup for us to use we do have mobile kitchens for hire available.
You can choose as many or as little as you like but 10 canapes are about a full meal. But if you know your guests are big eaters, we recommend 12 pieces for the event.
You are free to choose any, there are no restrictions. if you like to have the menu balanced and something for everyone then we recommend about 30-40% cold, 50-60% hot and 10-20% sweet canapes.
