Our new addition is a Table Dessert.

It’s a show stopper and has not been done in Australia so far.

All you and your guests need is a spoon, the love of sharing food and

a kitchen island bench that works as

a clean serving surface.

The dessert will be directly plated in front of everyone while chef Thomas explains each component.

When the plating is finished, you will enjoy the art created with everyone together.
